About This Site

This site presents tips to people looking for a home loan and attempts to make them more informed consumers. Its goal is to teach some of the finer points of getting a better mortgage.

The idea for this site came about when I was shopping for a home loan. I discovered a lot of things I just didn't know. And these were things that could cost a lot of money over the course of the loan.

So I decided to make this site and share some of the things I've learned. Sorry for the Google ads, but they help pay the hosting costs of this site.
